We loved every step of working with the Pettets! We moved to WA from Southern California, and really needed to lean on Brandy’s area expertise. We’re so happy we did, we’re thrilled with our house, our neighbors and our community. The experience was so great that we introduced the Pettets to four different family members who then bought homes through them as well!

Brandy helped me find a proper spending point and stay within my means. She is practical and extremely easy going. Yet, very motivated to find you a home that fits you perfectly. She helped me weigh my pros and cons of several different homes. All while providing her personal and professional opinion on home repairs and knowledge of how the real estate process works. Brandy was a phenomenal realtor and we are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with her! She was so quick to respond to any question we had regarding the home buying process, market values and house comps, and she was so patient in us working out our budget and expectations. She helped us for over a year, in taking us to private viewings and meeting us at open houses. She came early and stayed late to accommodate our schedules.
