We loved every step of working with the Pettets! We moved to WA from Southern California, and really needed to lean on Brandy’s area expertise. We’re so happy we did, we’re thrilled with our house, our neighbors and our community. Brandy was a phenomenal realtor and we are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with her! She was so quick to respond to any question we had regarding the home buying process, market values and house comps, and she was so patient in us working out our budget and expectations. She helped us for over a year, in taking us to private viewings and meeting us at open houses. She came early and stayed late to accommodate our schedules.
