Brandy, a fourth-generation Clark County resident, has an unwavering connection to the community she serves. Husten's childhood was characterized by frequent moves throughout the West Coast and the mountains of Colorado, before he established his roots in the Pacific Northwest. His extensive experience with relocation has given him a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face when navigating their next move. With over a decade of experience, Husten and Brandy are dedicated advocates for their clients and have a proven track record of producing positive results. Samantha Schumacher is a real estate professional who spent 32 years living in Ridgefield and SW Washington. She has over 13 years of experience in the industry, starting out as an escrow officer in Portland, Oregon, where she gained extensive knowledge of the title and escrow side of the business. For the past three years, Samantha has served as a licensed assistant to a top-producing broker in the SW Washington region. She is happily married and has a 4-year-old son, and loves to spend time outdoors and travel with her family. Recently, Samantha and her family relocated to Arizona, where they are enjoying the sunny climate!
